The closest TGV (train) station is Lamballe.  You can get a direct train from Paris Montparnasse.  It takes 2 hours from Paris.  It is about 25 minutes to the house from the Lamballe station.  The house is south of Lamballe.

Can you see Saint Jacut du Mene on this map (if you squint)?  That is where the house is!

The house is actually in a little hamlet between Collinee and St Jacut du Mene.   Both are very close (about 5 minutes) with Collinee having a few more shops.
